Refugee ReAs the worldwide refugee crisis has worsened in recent years, LDS Charities has responded by developing a three-pronged approach: immediate relief, long-term aid, and resettlement support. Immediate Relief

LDS Charities provides life-sustaining aid such as food, water, clothing, and shelter to people who are fleeing their homes and are in need of basic survival materials.

Long-Term Aid

Long-term aid includes assisting camps and communities in creating access to clean water, providing ongoing education for children, and donating medication and equipment to clinics for treating common diseases.

Resettlement Support

By working with resettlement agencies, LDS Charities encourages support for displaced persons who are beginning a new life.
