Give Back

We look for volunteers to work together with other organizations to assist in developing local humanitarian projects. Our highly skilled volunteers build relationships and coordinate with government, community, and charity organization leaders to determine critical local needs.

Provide Your Expertise

We invite you

to become part of our database of professional volunteers. Once your volunteer profile is complete, you will be considered for a volunteer opportunity.

Potential Volunteer opportunities

We carefully review each volunteer’s credentials and qualifications and may turn away those who do not match our criteria. Due to the high volume of volunteers, we are not able to accept most applicants regardless of qualifications.

Please only contact us for admission to our database if you meet the volunteer requirements. Volunteers must be willing to comply with LDS Church employment standards of conduct and worthiness and must have relevant experience or training.

To request admission to our database, please send an email to HumanitarianProject@ldschurch.org with your name, résumé, and qualifications. If you meet the requirements, you will receive an email asking you to complete an online application.

Current volunteers can now complete and maintain their own profiles and keep records current online. If you have an LDS Account, you may sign in to the LDS Charities Volunteers Portal at any time to update your profile. If you do not have an account, you can create one at LDSAccount.lds.org.
